Use-case brief · Telecaller & Voice Follow-up
How Wani helps a team move from intent to action.
Wani gives voice follow-up a place in the customer journey. The goal is not to make calls feel robotic; it is to help teams prepare, remember, route, and learn from conversations that should not disappear after the phone rings.
Prepare a callback
Create a concise call brief from lead context, last conversation, and desired outcome.
Track the outcome
Capture disposition, commitment, next date, and owner after a call.
Connect voice to inbox
Hand follow-up context to Wavy or another specialist so the next message starts informed.
What to include in a brief
Start with the business situation, the audience, the desired result, the source material, the constraints, and how a human will review the outcome. Strong context gives Wani a better chance of producing useful work without inventing facts.
Frequently asked
What problem does Wani solve and what do I need to provide?+
Wani gives voice follow-up a place in the customer journey. If your call preparation is ad hoc, call outcomes disappear after the phone rings, or follow-up context never reaches the inbox, Wani helps teams prepare and learn from conversations. You provide lead context, call reason, and last conversation summary. In return you get a concise call brief, an outcome tracker with disposition, commitment, next date, and owner, and a handoff to Wavy or another specialist so the next message starts informed.
How does review work and what are the limitations?+
Human makes the call; no automated dialing occurs. Wani prepares and organizes calls so people can focus on the conversation, but the human always initiates. Voice providers and consent controls are required for any live calling; Wani does not call customers automatically, does not record calls without disclosure, and does not replace a telecaller. Call preparation and handoff only; no autonomous calling without permission, disclosure, and regional consent.
Is Wani available and how is my data handled?+
Wani is currently a product preview; voice providers and consent controls are required and not yet claimed live. Your lead data stays in your workspace; no call context is shared externally without your authorization.
