FAQs
Common questions, honest answers.
These answers reflect the current state of Automix AI — what is built, what is available, and what is not. We update this page as products ship and details change.
Products and availability
What is built and what is not.
Which Automix AI product can I use right now?
Wavy is the only product currently marked Available. It is a WhatsApp customer-engagement workspace. Every other role in the nineteen-agent roster is a preview or pending — it has a defined job and safety boundary, but no working backend is live.
What does “Coming soon” mean on an agent page?
It means the product’s frontend, backend, security, deployment, and approval gates have not all passed yet. The preview describes the intended role and workflow, but there is no working software to use. We do not call something available until it actually is.
Why do you show nineteen roles when only one is available?
The registry makes the intended product map visible and testable while development stays sequenced. Status labels — Available, Coming soon, Pending repo — prevent the roadmap from being mistaken for current functionality.
Will all nineteen products eventually launch?
That is the intent, but each one must pass its own release gates. We do not promise a timeline for any product that is not yet available. Some roles may be revised or reordered as we learn.
Wavy and WhatsApp
Getting started and compliance.
What do I need to use Wavy?
You can explore the public Wavy experience with an Automix account. Live messaging requires your own Meta WhatsApp Cloud API configuration; optional QR pairing needs a separately configured bridge. AI and payment features require your own provider credentials.
How are outbound messages controlled?
Campaign launch is restricted to authorised workspace roles and an approved current template. Copilot replies are returned as drafts for human review. Other manual or rule-based sends depend on the connected channel and workspace configuration, so rules should be reviewed before they are enabled.
Is Wavy certified as compliant with WhatsApp policy?
No compliance certification is claimed. The source includes consent, suppression, template-status, and provider-state controls, but each business remains responsible for its contacts, messages, provider account, and applicable WhatsApp policies. The release gate includes further negative and tenant-isolation testing.
Can I use Wavy without an AI provider?
AI features are optional and remain unavailable until an AI provider key is configured. Inbox, contacts, templates, and rule interfaces are separate modules, while any live messaging still depends on a connected WhatsApp channel.
Pricing and billing
What it costs and how it works.
How much does Wavy cost?
Final public plans and purchase are not open yet. Earlier placeholder prices are not treated as approved commercial terms. The pricing page records the current provisional status.
Are provider charges included?
No bundled-price claim is made. Meta messaging, AI, payment, QR-bridge, and other external services use accounts you configure and may charge separately under their own terms.
Is there a free trial?
No public free-trial term is published. Do not rely on a trial, credit, or promotional offer unless it appears in an approved checkout and current commercial terms.
What is the refund policy?
The refunds page is a draft pending qualified legal review. No refund eligibility, amount, process, or timeline is currently represented as an approved policy.
Company and trust
Who we are and how we operate.
Does Automix AI have an open reseller or agency program?
No public reseller, affiliate, or partner program is open. The current website presents Automix-built product workspaces and previews; it does not publish reseller terms or authorise third parties to represent the company.
Does Automix AI use competitor designs or mascots?
No. We use public research to understand user needs and feature coverage, but our copy, visuals, interactions, and product identities are original. We do not copy competitor mascots, page designs, proprietary mechanics, testimonials, or claims.
How are sensitive domains like health, legal, or finance handled?
Health, legal, accounting, banking, financial, employment, and other consequential workflows retain explicit human and professional review boundaries. Preview content is not professional advice, and Automix AI does not provide regulated professional services.
Where can I review the current policy drafts?
Privacy, terms, refunds, guarantee, fair-use, and policy drafts are linked in the footer. Each is clearly marked pending qualified legal review and is not represented as an approved or enforceable policy.
Still have a question?
Where to look next.
If your question is not answered here, use the About page for the current roster and status model. Wavy is the first product marked Available. When the backend is deployed, its generated OpenAPI reference is exposed at api.automixai.in/docs; the full documentation site is still being built. No public contact inbox is configured yet.
