Shared team inbox
Multiple agents handle WhatsApp conversations in one workspace with assignment and context.
AI Chatbots
Wavy is Automix's available AI chatbot workspace for WhatsApp customer engagement. It combines a shared team inbox, AI-assisted replies, conversation summaries, and translation — all bounded by visible human review for consequential actions. It requires your own WhatsApp and optional AI provider configuration to go live.
What Wavy does
Wavy turns WhatsApp conversations into a manageable workflow with AI assistance at every step.
Wavy provides a shared team inbox where multiple agents can handle conversations simultaneously. AI-assisted replies suggest responses based on context, conversation summaries help teams catch up quickly, and translation supports multilingual customer engagement — all within a workspace designed for WhatsApp Business.
Campaigns let you reach contacts with structured broadcasts, while rules route conversations and trigger actions. CRM integration, payment links, QR pairing, and Airtable contact sync are available as server-side connection paths that require your own deployment credentials and provider setup. None of these are presented as connected by default — they depend on your configuration.
Capabilities
These are live Wavy features that depend on your provider configuration for external functionality.
Multiple agents handle WhatsApp conversations in one workspace with assignment and context.
Suggested responses based on conversation context — reviewed and sent by a human team member.
Automatic summaries so agents can catch up on long threads without reading every message.
Multilingual support so teams can engage customers across language boundaries.
Structured outreach to contacts with templates and scheduling.
Automated routing and action triggers based on conversation content and state.
What it is not
Wavy is a WhatsApp-native chatbot workspace, not a website chat widget, not a voice assistant, and not a general-purpose AI chatbot for arbitrary platforms. It does not send messages autonomously — campaigns, payments, and external writes require visible human approval.
AI features depend on a separately configured server-side AI provider. If no provider is configured, the workspace continues to function without AI assistance, and AI-dependent features are shown as unavailable rather than silently failing. Self-service per-workspace credential management is not yet implemented, so provider setup requires deployment-level configuration.
Questions
No. Wavy is built specifically for WhatsApp Business conversations. It is not a website chat widget or a generic web chatbot. The workspace is designed around WhatsApp's messaging model, shared inbox, and campaign patterns.
AI suggests replies based on conversation context, but a human team member reviews and sends them. Wavy is designed for human-owned conversations with AI assistance — not autonomous messaging. Consequential actions require visible human approval.
You need a WhatsApp Business account and provider configuration for live messaging. Optional AI features require a separately configured server-side AI provider. Payment links, CRM sync, and other integrations each require their own deployment credentials. Self-service credential management is not yet implemented.
The workspace continues to function as a shared team inbox without AI assistance. AI-dependent features — suggested replies, summaries, translation — are shown as unavailable rather than failing silently. This is a deliberate design choice to treat unconfigured and error states honestly.
Yes, translation is a built-in feature that supports multilingual customer engagement. Teams can read and respond across language boundaries, subject to AI provider configuration.
